PAYMENT

What forms of secure payment do you accept online?

We currently accept payment via PayPal and Stripe online for Visa, mastercard, American express credit cards and debit cards

 

DELIVERY

What are your shipping costs?

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia on orders that total $100 AUD or more. For orders less than $100 AUD a shipping cost of $12 AUD will be charged.

Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of $25 AUD. Free shipping to New Zealand is available on orders over $150 AUD

There is also the option for local pickup for those customers in Perth WA. Your order will be available to collect from:

When will I receive my online order?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 business hours. We deliver via Australia Post to anywhere within Australia. Australia Post make every effort to deliver within 7-8 business days.

How long will it take to receive my online order?

If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local post office you can collect it from.

Evolove is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email if the product is on backorder or to call us to arrange a full refund.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently offer shipping to New Zealand only.

 

RETURNS

Can I return or get a refund on items purchased online on the Evolove website?

No, all online orders purchased on the Evolove website are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted. Exceptions will be made for damages due to shipping. If you have a problem with an Evolove product or you are not satisfied with our products please email talktome@evolove.com.au. Although we use 100% naturally derived ingredients, occasionally customers can have skin reactions to certain ingredients. You should consult your doctor if you have an adverse reaction to any product. Each product and batch will also vary slightly due to being a natural artisan product

 

COMPANY & PRODUCTS

Does Evolove test on animals?

No! Evolove does not support animal testing in any way.

Does Evolove use animal by-products?

We do use some fantastic by-products that come from animals like Beeswax, but no animals are harmed in the production of these ingredients.

Is Evolove an Australian company?

YES! Whilst some of our ingredients come from overseas, all of our products are made lovingly from our home studio in Perth, Western Australia.

Where can I get an ingredients list?

Each product page on the Evolove website has a ‘Key Ingredients’ tab with a complete list of ingredients for that product.

Is Evolove VEGAN?

No – some of our products contain bees wax.

Does Evolove offer product samples?

No – we do not offer product samples. However, if there is something you are unhappy with please email us at talktome@evolove.com.au

Are the Evolove products safe for children and sensitive skin types?

Yes – all of our products are made from safe and natural ingredients. In the unlikely event that you or your child has a reaction to our products please consult a medical professional. All ingredients are clearly listed on the website and the product itself.

Remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have any questions about a particular health condition.
